Residents of Kherson called to evacuate. Deputy prime minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk hopes that the inhabitants of the occupied territories have access or secret ways to receive information from Ukrainian sources. Therefore, she officially appealed to the residents of the Kherson region. Vereshchuk asks the civilians to leave the region by any means. The politician does not rule out the possibility of Ukrainians using Russian routes — through the occupied Crimea or the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Irina Vereshchuk calls for this to be done as soon as possible so that the Ukrainian army can launch a counter-offensive.
Note that the Ukrainian army successfully conducts the occupation of the region and is already less than 10 km from Kherson. The absence of civilians will help Ukrainian defenders not to worry about people and to take away the opportunity to create a "human shield" by Russians.
On the cover of the article, you see an inscription in Ukrainian — "Kherson". It was made by an unknown resident of Kherson city.
