The project will be implemented during 2021 — 2022 by obtaining a comprehensive electronic public service e-Entrepreneur, which consists of:
- state registration of private individuals;
- state registration of changes to the information on sole proprietorships contained in the USR;
- state registration of creation of Open Company on the basis of the model charter;
- state registration of the transition of LLC to activity on the basis of the model charter;
- submission of a notice of use or refusal to use a single account;
- registration as a single taxpayer;
- registration as a VAT payer;
- issuance of a license for the right to wholesale alcoholic beverages;
- issuance of a license for retail trade in tobacco products;
- issuance of a license for retail trade in alcoholic beverages;
- issuance of a license for the right to wholesale tobacco products;
- issuance of a license for wholesale trade in fuel (in the absence of places of wholesale trade in fuel);
- issuance of a license for fuel investing-in-ukraine/service-for-investors/warehouses/" rel="dofollow">storage (exclusively for own consumption or industrial processing);
- issuance of a license for wholesale trade in liquids used in electronic cigarettes;
- issuing a license for retail trade in liquids used in electronic cigarettes;
- issuance of a certificate on entering the place of storage of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in the Unified state register of places of storage;
- notice of hiring an employee (employees);
- registration of the declaration of compliance of the material and technical base of the business entity with the requirements of the legislation on fire safety;
- submission of information on labor demand (vacancies);
- state registration of capacities of food market operators;
- registration of the declaration of conformity of the material and technical base to the requirements of the legislation on labor protection;
- issuance of a permit for the beginning of high-risk works and the beginning of operation (application) of high-risk machines, mechanisms, equipment;
- opening a bank account.
- The list of services can be increased or decreased during the implementation of the pilot project.
- Services will be provided through the Diia portal. Payment of the administrative fee for receiving electronic public services is also made using the software of the Diia portal during the application process.
