In Ukraine, a law was adopted according to which the management of the city and regions can appoint a mandatory evacuation. It refers to children in danger. According to the law, children are evacuated only together with their parents (at least one) or a legal representative of the child’s interests. This law has already been applied in the Kharkiv region. From April 27 to May 10, all children were evacuated from the front zone of the Kharkiv region. Under the mandatory evacuation, 4 municipalities received. The Velykoburlukska, Olkhuvatskaia, Dvorychanska, and Petropavlovska communities of the region are constantly subjected to shelling by the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
On May 10, the chairman of the Kharkiv regional state administration, Oleh Synyehubov, said that not a single child remained in the hotspots of the Kharkiv region. During his forced evacuation order, 79 children were removed. All minors are now in safe places, provided with everything necessary for a comfortable life. According to the law, all children are with their parents or guardians. The state provided families with not only housing, humanitarian and material assistance but also crisis assistance. Psychologists, social representatives, and social service work with families.
Russia stole from Ukrainian children not only daylight without Russian bombs but also a house and friends. Unfortunately, the Kremlin has allowed itself to steal even children from the territory of Ukraine.
