Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine to develop a new social program. The integrated program will target internally displaced persons. This includes people who lost their homes and had to leave the city during the war.
The government plans to help the displaced in the following areas:
- Housing issue;
The government is considering several options at once. It includes the reconstruction of destroyed houses and the construction of new high-rise buildings.
- Financial.
Financial assistance is planned for adults and children who suffered during the war. Monetary payments will also be made to people who provide housing to refugees.
