Even though it is not customary to negotiate with terrorists, Ukraine still agrees to sit down at the negotiating table with Russia. This was announced by the minister of defence of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov. Of course, Ukraine has conditions: negotiations will not be conducted with those who are currently sitting in the Kremlin. And the topics of negotiations will be: capitulation, reparations and the Hague Court.
“In the future, this is how we will sit down at the negotiating table when we discuss reparations and indemnities from Russia in the interests of Ukraine and how to implement the verdict of the international tribunal that will be created. We will also discuss the act of capitulation from Moscow,” Oleksii Reznikov.
As of the end of April 2023, the amount of Russian damage caused to Ukraine exceeds $611 billion. Soon we’ll launch a vote in Diia on the place of accepting the surrender and add there the option of Pereyaslav town.
