According to one of the authors of the bill:
- Cannabis invest.com/investing-in-ukraine/business-opportunities/agricultural/" rel="dofollow">cultivation will be possible only with a license and indoors
- Use of cannabis extract will only be possible if registration as a drug is available
- Sales and consumption will be made exclusively by prescription from the attending physician
The bill was the starting point for the opening of new business areas in Ukraine: cultivation, processing and sale of medical cannabis.
The bill has been signed by 82 members of Parliament. The law is expected to be adopted by the end of 2021.
We recall that, on 7 April 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine removed some cannabis-based preparations from the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.
