Ukraine Secures $41.7 Billion from International Partners in 2024: 30% in Grant Funds

Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance has reported an influx of $41.7 billion in external financing for 2024, with 30% of these funds provided as grants

According to the ministry, all loans were extended on preferential terms, reflecting the country’s strengthened position and global partners’ confidence to invest in Ukraine.

“This substantial assistance has enabled us to meet priority social and humanitarian expenses throughout 2024,” Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko noted. “Pensions, wages in education and healthcare, as well as social protection initiatives, have been fully supported. I am grateful to our partners for their fruitful cooperation, ensuring the country’s financial stability.”
