Key Objectives of the New Draft Law
The primary goal of the new legislation is to align Ukraine’s organic production regulations with EU standards, notably Regulation (EU) No. 2018/848 of May 30, 2018. This regulation outlines detailed requirements for organic product production, labeling, and distribution, replacing the earlier Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007.
