Today, the cabinet of ministers submitted to the Parliament an agreement on cooperation between Ukraine and Turkey in the fields of high technologies, aviation and space technologies. This agreement will become the legislative basis for the construction of the Bayraktar plant on the territory of Ukraine.
"In addition, we approved the attraction of another grant from the United States in the amount of $4.5 billion. This is a clear demonstration that our allies continue to stand firmly next to Ukraine and help us bring victory closer," the prime minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
