On July 11, Olaf Scholz announced that the G7 plans to prepare a declaration on bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and the G7 countries, which are ready to ensure the security of Ukraine after the war. The declaration itself has not yet been formulated, but its terms are already being discussed and will be discussed in detail in Vilnius.
According to Bloomberg, the G7 countries are ready to create a base for the security of Ukraine by providing our country with military equipment, assistance in the reform of the defence sector (industry and military training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine), exchanges between intelligence institutions, and cooperation in the field of cybersecurity.
Of course, for its part, Ukraine is obliged to continue the transition from outdated traditions to a modern state: reform the courts and law enforcement agencies, continue to work on optimising the country's economic condition, and focus on its own resources to ensure its security.
