Since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine, Russian troops have destroyed about 4.500 homes, about 100 businesses, about 400 schools, and 150 health facilities. This was announced at an online briefing by the minister of development of communities and territories of Ukraine Oleksii Chernyshov.
The final calculation of infrastructure damage will be possible after the cessation of hostilities and demining.
According to preliminary estimates, the losses could amount to tens of billions of dollars. In addition to infrastructure losses, it is also worth mentioning the destruction of the unique Mriia aircraft. By the way, Ukraine has already created a fundraising initiative to build a new Mriia.
