Deepening NATO–Ukraine Scientific Research Cooperation
Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense has formalized closer ties with NATO’s Science and Technology Organization (STO) to drive forward advanced military research. Deputy Minister of Defense Brigadier General Serhiy Melnyk announced that Ukrainian scientific institutions, military academies, and defense units will participate in joint programs overseen by the NATO STO.
