According to the "Ukrainian Truth" resource itself, the founder-editor of UT Elena Pritula and Dragon Capital CEO Tomas Fiala agreed on the continuity of the editorial policy of the publisher and the approach to the work of the author team. Under the terms of the signed Agreement, 100% of the company’s rights and assets are transferred to the Ukrainian group of companies Dragon Capital.
The founder editor Elena Pritula, editor-in-chief Sevgil Musaeva and the whole team "UT" will continue the work in the same format as before.
"Similar to the HB project, we will continue the practice of the owner’s non-interference in the editorial policy of the UT and are pleased to announce the signing of the relevant document, which will be freely available on the site of "Ukrainian Truths", said Tomas Fiala.
"All 21 years of existence of "Ukrainian Truths" for our team in the first place were the interests of the reader and Ukrainian society. This principle is for us inviolable and essential, and we will continue to adhere to it in our work. The contract with the new owner of the UT establishes this on paper".
