Ukrainian Farmers Received Loans for 43 Billion Hryvnias

Since the beginning of 2024, a total of 6,724 agricultural farms in Ukraine have received UAH 43.2 billion in bank loans for development

Out of this, 3,980 farms have secured UAH 18.3 billion under the "5-7-9 Affordable Loans" program. This information was reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

Regions with the Largest Loan Amounts (Under Various Programs):

  • Kyiv region: UAH 12.8 billion for 623 enterprises
  • Kirovohrad region: UAH 2.78 billion for 825 enterprises
  • Dnipropetrovsk region: UAH 2.6 billion for 490 enterprises
  • Ternopil region: UAH 2.6 billion for 265 enterprises
  • Lviv region: UAH 2.5 billion for 399 enterprises
  • Vinnytsia region: UAH 2.49 billion for 641 enterprises
  • Poltava region: UAH 2.28 billion for 383 enterprises
  • Odesa region: UAH 2.2 billion for 553 enterprises

Distribution of Loans Under the "Affordable Loans 5-7-9" Program:

  • Kyiv region: UAH 2.34 billion for 367 farms
  • Kirovohrad region: UAH 1.8 billion for 533 farms
  • Vinnytsia region: UAH 1.7 billion for 403 farms
  • Kharkiv region: UAH 1.64 billion for 251 farms
  • Odesa region: UAH 1.3 billion for 354 farms
  • Volyn region: UAH 1 billion for 215 farms
  • Dnipropetrovsk region: UAH 1 billion for 243 farms

Additionally, Ukraine has established a strategic investment council. The extension of visa-free trade with Ukraine is expected to further stimulate agro-processing, enhancing the overall agricultural sector's growth and productivity.
