Ukrainian Golden Ale Recognised as a Separate Style of Beer

The European Beer Consumers' Union added the Ukrainian product to their guide

In 2009, Ukrainian brewers created a solid and sweet golden ale. Since then, it has been brewed, served and enjoyed in the United States (Crusader brewery in California and Midwest Coast Brewing in Illinois), Great Britain, Scotland, Denmark, Poland, Ireland, Canada, and Ecuador. For 14 years, the recipe of golden ale has convinced consumers of its integrity and uniqueness, according to the European Beer Consumers' Union, this Ukrainian ale has been recognised as a separate style of beer. UBCU is an international guide for beer consumers, which includes distinguished beer styles.

The brewers who created the golden ale report that this success is just the beginning. Over time, ale can become the same card of Ukraine as borscht.
