Ukrainian engineers have designed a light and cheap cruise missile Trembita. This missile was developed to destroy the Russian air defence system. How it works: the missile has a powerful Cross-Section Radar and carries up to 20 kg of thermobaric high-explosive charge to destroy enemy weapons and thousands of "deceptions", to which the Russian air defence will respond. And while Russian rockets fly at false thermal targets, Trembita flies into enemy equipment.
The rocket was developed by enthusiastic engineers who were previously involved in the development of mortars. The weight of Trembita is 100 kg, the flight range is up to 140 km, the flight height is 2 km. The rocket got its name from the Ukrainian folk instrument — trembita. This missile model is very cheap to assemble and will help attack enemy targets on the territory of Ukraine without the help of Western weapons.
