According to the founders of Legal Nodes, the funds raised by the team will be invested in the launch of a full-scale cloud platform for legal services subscriptions. In addition, the startup plans to enter the UK market, introduce fixed subscriptions and expand the network of partners.
The investment round was led by the angelic syndicate LIFT99. It also included funds from investors from Pipedrive and Printify, Hype Ventures fund, founder of UK startup TaxScouts and former COO and head of Fuzu's growth. Inspirium Laboratories, a fund founded by partners with Sigma Software and Datrics startup, also invested in the project.
The startup was founded by Margarita Sivakova, Nestora Dubnevich, and Maxim Malyuk.
In 2021, Legal Nodes has over 60 client companies.
“The startup strives to provide fast and transparent legal support at fixed prices through a subscription model, thereby helping startups like themselves. The goal of Legal Nodes is further - to launch a full-scale platform on which companies can subscribe to a virtual lawyer without hiring additional staff, ”says Legal Nodes.
In 2020, Legal Nodes was financed by the Ukrainian Startup Fund for $50,000. The funds raised were used to develop and improve the platform. In May of the same year, the Swedish investor Mathias Eklöf's Hype Ventures fund also invested $50,000 in the company.
