On February 10, a government briefing was held, at which the minister of energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko announced the volume of gas consumption in the country. During February 1-7, the Ukrainian consumer used 350 million m³ of gas, while in the first week of February 2020, 2 times more was used.
“We are seeing a downward trend in gas consumption,” Herman Galushchenko.
During February-March 2022, state coal warehouses will be replenished with 700.000 tons of fossil fuel, which will be delivered to us under contracts between DTEK and suppliers from America, Colombia, Poland, and Kazakhstan.
