“Ukreximbank” and Sale of Assets for $16 mln

On July 30, the Ukrainian bank "Ukreximbank" during the auctions sold part of non-core assets in the amount of $16 mln

"The sold properties are promising for investment and further use, and we are pleased that new investors received them at a fair market price to give them a new life. In turn, the bank will continue to clean up the balance sheet and sell non-core assets for itself in order to focus on its direct activities — financing the state economy and increasing lending," said the head of the board of Ukreximbank Yevhen Metzger.

The auction was accompanied by the national electronic exchange, and the process itself took place in the OpenMarket system

Let's take a closer look at the lots sold:

1.Hotel and office complex

The most expensive lot, which is located in the center of Kyiv on Peter Sagaidachny street. The object was sold for $13 mln, with a starting price of $8 mln.

2.Land plot in the village of Chaiky on Petropavlovskaya Borshagovka

A beautiful plot near Kyiv was sold for over $3mln. The purpose of the 14-hectare site is multi-story buildings.

3. Complex for production
The last lot of industrial real estate for $900,000 was sold in Chernihiv. This complex of premises with technical equipment and communications can be used to establish the production of a wide profile.
