Ukrgasbank takes care of the environment by financing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. The bank is one of the five largest banks in Ukraine in terms of volume of assets. 94.94% of the bank’s share capital belongs to Ukraine through the Ministry of finance.
For many years now, Ukrgasbank has been going to auction. All lots are sold with the help of the state enterprise Setam. According to Setam, the eco-bank sold 138 lots, bringing €61.7 billion.
This year Ukrgasbank sold at the auction OpenMarket:
- Elevators;
- Factories;
- Buildings in Kyiv;
- Land parcels;
- Property in different regions of Ukraine.
Ukrgasbank is our oldest and most efficient partner, which ranks first in the sum of sales among other financial institutions. Ukrgasbank is the only partner that has sold almost €65 million of property under the voluntary implementation project. On the occasion of the next billion was presented to the bank already the second special gold difference," noted director of Setam Oleksandr Mamro.
The most profitable lots were sites in Kyiv and the west of the country. Thus Ukrgasbank sold:
- Office buildings in the capital of Ukraine for €5.7 million;
- Part of Kyiv metal factory Arsenal for €17.3 million;
- Grain elevator complex in Ivano-Frankivsk region for €9.2 million.
It should also be noted that in 2022 Ukrgasbank expects a record annual profit. The company expects to supplement the budget by €117.3 million.
