At a meeting of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, Deputy Minister Yehor Pereligin presented the US-Ukraine Recovery Investment Fund (URIF) as a new channel for business investment. The fund was created by an intergovernmental agreement between the United States and Ukraine in May 2025.
The initial capital of the fund is 150 million USD. Alvarez & Marsal acts as investment advisor and conducts technical and financial due diligence for projects submitted to the fund.
URIF is positioned as a tool to attract capital into critical sectors and accelerate economic recovery. For companies, the fund creates a structured entry point for investment discussions, with professional screening of proposals.
The initiative underlines deeper US-Ukraine cooperation on recovery and aims to improve the investment climate by providing transparent selection and professional evaluation of projects.
