USPA Invited Polish Business to Join Investments in Ukrainian Ports
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) has presented investment opportunities in the country’s port sector during the Polish-Ukrainian business forum held in Odessa.
The event, organized by the Ministry of Development and Technology of Poland together with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), gathered industry representatives to discuss transport corridors, logistics, and infrastructure cooperation under current wartime conditions.
Focus on Port Development and Digitalization
Speaking on the “Transport Corridors, Transport, Logistics” panel, USPA Deputy Chairman Vyacheslav Kharkavenko outlined strategic directions for the development of Ukrainian seaports.
He emphasized recent digitalization achievements, particularly the DocPort system and the Ukrainian Corridor initiative, which streamline port operations and improve logistics transparency.
Call for Foreign Investment
USPA invited Polish companies and other international partners to participate in infrastructure projects aimed at restoring and modernizing Ukrainian ports.
“USPA, together with the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, continues to work on attracting foreign investments, implementing infrastructure projects, and seeking international partners,” the authority stated.
This cooperation initiative reflects Ukraine’s ongoing efforts to rebuild and modernize its maritime infrastructure while integrating advanced digital solutions — opening new opportunities for foreign investors in the logistics and transport sectors.
