Renault emerged as the top seller with 3,271 trucks sold, followed by Citroen and MAN.
According to the Ukravtoprom association, the surge in commercial vehicle sales continued into the last month of 2024, with 1,354 units sold. This represents a 24% increase compared to the previous month and a 17% rise in registrations compared to December 2023.
Over the past year, the Ukrainian fleet of trucks and special vehicles expanded by nearly 12.9 thousand new units, marking a 14% increase from 2023. The top 10 brands in the new commercial vehicle market for 2024 were:
- RENAULT - 3,271 units
- CITROEN - 1,205 units
- MAN - 993 units
- FORD - 844 units
- SCANIA - 761 units
- MERCEDES-BENZ - 625 units
- PEUGEOT - 614 units
- VOLKSWAGEN - 554 units
- IVECO - 545 units
- HYUNDAI - 474 units
The robust sales figures reflect Ukraine's recovering economy and the increasing demand for commercial vehicles to support various industries across the country.
