The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine reports that Russian occupiers captured and forcibly mobilised 55.000-60.000 Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Citizens of Ukraine have been reserved for the ranks of the Russian army and are being sent to fight against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The leadership of the Ukrainian army calls on Ukrainians who were forcibly mobilised to surrender to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"This is a violent mobilisation: the occupiers caught people on the street, they came to the few businesses that were still working and forcibly took people away — they simply changed clothes and sent them to the front," Andriy Chernyak, representative of the MID.
It is excruciating that Ukrainians are sent to fight on the front line. In addition, among the "soldiers" there are many students, that is, underage boys from the age of 16.
"A person went to class in the morning, and 2 days later he is already at war. Strictly speaking, Russia does not consider the residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions to be people, so the occupiers do not care... the laws don't work."
