TERWIN Corporation has purchased a 26-hectare land plot in the Prystolychna community of Boryspil district for the development of the WINHUB Kyiv airport logistics park. The project is planned as a Class A logistics complex near key transport infrastructure.
The first phase of construction is expected in the second half of 2026. For the Kyiv region, the site can add modern warehouse capacity at a time when businesses need more predictable storage, distribution and last-mile logistics.
Why the location matters
Boryspil district is strategically important for logistics because it connects the capital with airport infrastructure, regional roads and wider supply chains. A logistics park in this zone can serve e-commerce, retail, FMCG, industrial goods and export-related operations.
Class A warehouse space remains a priority for companies that need higher technical standards, efficient loading areas, better energy systems and professional management. The value of such assets grows when supply chains are under pressure and tenants seek stable locations.
The WINHUB project also reflects a broader trend: logistics real estate around Kyiv is recovering through targeted developments rather than speculative expansion. If the project stays on schedule, it can strengthen the capital region as a distribution hub for domestic and international business.
