Russian command arranged for Ukrainians personal September 11. On Sunday evening, the occupiers launched large-scale missiles to destroy engineering communications for the civilian population of Ukraine. As a result of the missile strike, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipro regions lost light. The rockets hit communications facilities in these regions. The most considerable destruction in Kharkiv. There, the occupiers destroyed the largest thermal power plant in Ukraine. There's a rescue team on the scene.
Having struck the critical infrastructure, Russia has partially deprived the civilian population in 3 regions (90.500 m2) of electricity, heat, and water. In Kharkiv, the subway stopped. In the Dnipro, the occupiers also deprived the residents of water.
"Ukraine and the civilized world can ist act even through the darkness. Deliberate and cynical missile strikes on critical civilian infrastructure. No military installations. Do you still think we are one people? Do you still think that you can frighten us, break us, and induce us to compromise? Did you not understand anything? Did not understand who we are? Why are we? What are we talking about? Read lips. Without gas or you? Without you. Without light or you? Without you. Without water or you? Without you. Without food or you? Without you. Cold, hunger, darkness, and thirst — for us are not as scary and deadly as your "friendship and brotherhood". But history will put everything in its place. And we will be with gas, light, water, and food... and WITHOUT you," Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to a terrorist act by Russia.
Thanks to the work of specialists, water and light supply have been almost completely restored in all regions.
