The commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army addressed all Ukrainians. He recalled the strength they had gained during the 9 years of hybrid and full-scale war. Zaluzhnyi named the main example of steadfastness – Mariupol, people and fighters who were at the factory Azovstal. He also said that Ukraine could stand against such a large aggressor only because of its people.
"The basis of our stability is people. Ordinary people. Ordinary heroes. Among us. With us in line. These are the people who took up arms to protect their families, their homes, and their state from hostile, unprovoked and unjustified aggression. These are the people who are now, this minute, beat the invaders, hold positions, frozen and cold, but native land, save lives to brothers, help the military all that can help," acknowledged Valerii Zaluzhnyi on the Facebook page.
