Start a company
It usually takes 2-5 business days and can be done straightforwardly by anyone in Ukraine legally. Keep in mind that directors must have a citizen or residents of Ukraine.
Companies forms in Ukraine:
- joint-stock company;
- representation;
- LLC.
The latter type of business is the most common in Ukraine. We will talk about it further. After collecting all the necessary papers for registering an enterprise, the registration process begins. It usually takes 2 to 5 business days and is straightforward. A business owner can be a citizen of almost any country, but a director can only be a citizen of Ukraine or a person with a residence permit in Ukraine.
After registering as a Georgia citizen with a residence permit applied for and received it in advance. Then we can re-register ourselves on their behalf while they wait out any prospective delays or requirements before finally resuming control over your company.
Now it becomes evident that you need a trusted person to whom your company will be registered under the Proof of Authority conditions at the first stage. After registering a company, you, as a Georgian citizen, will need to apply for a business and residence permit. And after receiving these permits, you can re-register yourself as a new director of your company.
