On January 12, the Spanish Ministry of defence announced the arrival of 225 military personnel from Ukraine. The soldiers will be sent to a military base in Madrid, where they will be trained as part of an educational program from the European Union. 198 fighters will undergo basic military training, and another 20 will master the skills of working with Hawk anti-aircraft missile systems.
We remind you that earlier, Ukraine received several Hawk installations from Spain, as well as several multi-ton aircraft with medical and humanitarian aid.
