23 Ukrainian Cities Became “Military Bases”

The Netherlands online journal published a map of civilian destruction

Bellingcat is an online publication founded in 2014 by British civilian journalist and blogger Eliot Higgins, investigating war zones.

On March 17, the publication published a Ukrainian map on which are marked cities, injured for nothing. This means that the map marked cities with destroyed infrastructure, houses, cultural centers. When analyzing the data, only civilian objects were taken into account. As a result, the occupiers inflicted heavy destruction in 23 places in Ukraine. Kharkiv and Mariupol suffered the most. These cities were practically wiped off the face of a civilized land.

Unfortunately, Russian military commanders and Putin himself do not answer the question:

"How does an apartment building look like a military base?".
