The attorney general addressed a press conference on the war's first anniversary. Costin gave us the exact number of missile strikes in the last 4.5 months. This period is chosen because Russia began using a new tactic – the destruction of Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The statesman noted that since October 10 (the first attack on power stations), Russia has carried out 255 mass missile attacks. According to Kostin, 255 attacks were deemed successful. The Ukrainian military successfully prevented several dozen more attacks. 77% of the attacks, 197 cases are documented exactly as strikes on energy stations nationwide. At the same time, the Kremlin has constantly been attacked by missiles of different types and ranges, using 20-100 pieces at a time. Thus, the Russian military damaged 112 Ukrainian infrastructures.
"We view these attacks as creating unsuitable conditions, which corresponds to one of the features of genocide specified in the UN Convention on the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide," Kostin summarized.
On 20 and 21 February, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out the last attacks on power supply facilities in Ukraine. The occupiers attacked the power infrastructure in the Kherson region. Since the occupiers are close to the Kherson region, the radius of the flight is minimal, and missiles strike the target. As a result of the explosions, the suburbs of Kherson and three nearby settlements are now without electricity.
On the cover you see the Russian X-55, which was fallen into a lake in the Kyiv region.
