Russian defence minister Shoihu made several business calls. All of them were sent to foreign ministers of different countries. Shoihu, during the conversation, allegedly reported important information about Ukraine. According to the Russian Federation, Ukraine is developing a "dirty" bomb, after which it will be used on its territory. The minister of defence of the aggressor country believes this is true and a provocation aimed at accusing Russia of using prohibited weapons.
World politicians could not but react to such reports. As early as the morning of October 24, it became known that representatives of Britain, America, and France made a general conclusion from a conversation with the representative of Russia. The foreign ministers said that they will continue to support Ukraine and help it fight for its territories and sovereignty. At the same time, the politicians deny the existence or plan to create any nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
"Our countries have made it clear that we all reject Russia's blatantly false claims that Ukraine is preparing to use a dirty bomb on its territory. The world will consider any attempt to use this accusation as an excuse for escalation," says the joint statement of the foreign ministers of the 3 countries.
In Ukraine, the statements of the Russian side had a sharp comment. Ukraine's minister of foreign affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, reminded Russia that the country adheres to laws and norms, including the Treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons. The representative of the US senate for national security joined the criticism of lies by the Russian Federation.
"The world will consider any attempt to use this charge as an escalation of the conflict," said Adrianne Watson.
Russia has rarely made statements-accusations and strikes on Ukraine in those points that were reported.
