The parliament of Lithuania and Estonia decided to support Ukraine. They call on other countries to demand that NATO close the skies for Russian aircraft and missiles. Latvia joined them. Parliament representatives unanimously recognized the need to close the sky.
For Ukrainians, this step and support for peace are very important. It is especially important to close the sky for future children because during the 22 days of the war in Ukraine 109 children of different ages have died. They were unborn, young, and under-age children. For Ukrainians, it is the greatest pain and loss. That’s why 109 baby strollers appeared in Lviv — that’s how many children were killed by the Russian occupiers.
