32 Deported Children Were Returned to Ukraine

During 21-22 March, Ukraine returned home children who were kidnaped to Russia

The charitable fund, which deals with the issues of migrants, Save Ukraine, and the ombudsman office said that children who were under Russian control were returned to Ukraine. They were forcibly deported to Russia from the temporarily occupied territories of the Kharkiv and Kherson regions.

"After the de-occupation, the Russians refused to organise the return of the children, and the parents were left with this problem alone," said Save Ukraine.

However, on March 21, 15 children returned to their native country. They were with their guardians and parents. On March 22, 17 children were released from Russian captivity. All of them were for a long time without parents under the control of the invaders. Specialists will study their physical and moral condition. Now, all children are with their parents.

Children are the future of every country. The Kremlin is now engaged in a comprehensive struggle with Ukraine. Including its destruction at the level of the future and culture through the deliberate deportation of children from Ukrainian territories, the creation of camps for "changing the political orientation", changes in school curricula, etc.

Children's ombudsman of Ukraine, Daria Herasimchuk, reports that during the year of the war, Russia deported and forcibly moved 16.226 Ukrainian children, or even more (the data may be more due to the inability to access the occupied territories).
