450 Days of War

Ukrainian Armed Forces assist the Russian army in setting anti-records

The past week was again unsuccessful for the aggressor army. The Russian occupiers had begun to lose territory in the conquest of which much of the Russian Federation’s technical and human resources had been expended. Within 7 days, the defenders of Ukraine were able to liberate more than 20 km² in the direction of Bahmut – the hottest point of the front since the summer of 2022. ISW reports that the Kremlin’s army has also repeatedly attacked Marinka. On May 18 alone, the invaders tried 17 times to change positions so that Putin was satisfied. But according to the ISW, all 17 attempts were unsuccessful. Experts also confirmed the interception of the Ukrainian army initiative in the Bakhmut direction. The apogee of the war at the moment was the account of the liquidation of Russian soldiers in Ukraine, who came with war. On Wednesday, the number of occupants killed in the Putin War crossed the line of 200.000 soldiers. But the armed forces of Ukraine do not stop, continue to increase the capacity of the counter-offensive, therefore:

  • 201.760 — personnel;
  • 3.777 — tanks;
  • 7.377 — armoured personnel vehicle;
  • 3.210/564 — artillery systems/MRS;
  • 319 — anti-aircraft warfare systems;
  • 308/294 — aircraft/helicopters;
  • 2.769 — UAV operational-tactical level;
  • 1011— cruise missiles;
  • 18 — warship/boats;
  • 6.083— vehicles, fuel tanks;
  • 419 — special equipment.

These are the total recorded casualties of the aggressor from 24 February 2022 to 19 May 2023.

While Russia approached the loss of manpower, which totals the servicemen of 16 NATO armies (Estonia, Norway, Luxemburg, etc.), the Ukrainian president made a business tour in Germany, France, Italy, and Britain.
