This delivery, expected to occur within a few weeks, is part of ongoing support to enhance Ukraine's air defense capabilities.
According to a report by BILD, Rauch confirmed that not only will this system be delivered shortly, but more IRIS-T systems are slated for delivery throughout the year. He noted that three IRIS-T systems are already operational in Ukraine, actively contributing to the country's defense against Russian military assaults.
"Three of our systems are already in Ukraine, and more will be delivered this year. The next one will be in a few weeks," Rauch stated during an interview with a BILD correspondent. This statement reaffirms the commitment to bolstering Ukraine's defensive measures amidst ongoing conflict.
