After Ukrainians confirm their identity in Poland, they are granted a number of rights for 18 months. Ukrainians in Poland can get a tax number, after which they are able to:
- Use public services;
- To send children to schools and kindergartens;
- Seek medical assistance;
- Work.
In order to make the Polish residents more loyal, the local authorities provide financial support. Thus, Poles who accept Ukrainians will receive $282 for two months.
