Semenovsky' region mayor Serhiy Didenko spoke about the new largest investment project in the Chernihiv region. According to the head, the specified company was created several years ago to implement an ambitious project.
“During this time, preparation lasted. They made a project, studied foreign experiences. The owners have 3 enterprises in the Semyonovsky region, which will supply raw materials for processing at the plant — corn silage. Electricity will be produced and sold on the energy market. They promise to launch the installation in January-February 2022,” he said.
In general, the investment exceeds $8 mln. The money from the investment will be spent on the construction of a power plant and the purchase of equipment. After the launch of the installation, more than two dozen workers will receive jobs.
