"It is already clear to us that Russia is a terrorist state led by a war criminal. We work every day and every night to defend our land and democracy," Oksana Markarova said.
"Russian occupation forces in Ukraine are killing civilians and children, destroying our hospitals, civilian infrastructure, housing everywhere. These are the actions of war criminals, so we launched an investigation, and we filed lawsuits in international courts. And so, Vladimir Putin, like every Russian responsible for this, must end up in prison for war crimes."
