“There is a contingency plan. A significant part of our suppliers have production facilities in Ukraine, but they are large international companies. Therefore, if necessary, they can supply products from production facilities outside Ukraine,” Badritdinova explained.

Despite experiencing minor damage due to military operations, Green Factory was able to adapt by importing salads from Poland temporarily. “We build long-term partnerships, and they change quite rarely. Becoming a McDonald’s supplier is not easy. For a company starting from scratch, the process can take up to three years,” Badritdinova noted.
