The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed all the bridges that the Russian army could use to spread to the opposite side of the Dnipro and get the support of its army. The operational command of the South of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated that today, September 20, the Ukrainian army destroyed a Russian barge, on which there were soldiers, heavy weapons, and equipment for the construction of a pontoon crossing.
"Attempts to set up an alternative crossing across the Dnipro, in the area of Nova Kakhovka and Kozatsky, were unsuccessful. The crossing could not withstand fire control and stopped.
