On April 1, the deputy prime minister of Ukraine, Iryna Vereshchyk, said that food and medicine delivered to Melitopol on 12 buses were stolen by the Russians. Negotiations are underway on the evacuation of people by these buses in Zaporizhzhia.

Moreover, the occupied cities and villages were subject to serious looting by the Russians. With the faces of victorious Russians break into the apartments of Ukrainians and take out equipment, money, precious metals, and even dishes and clothes. In the occupied villages, Russians drive Ukrainians out of their homes and settle there, raping women and robbing shops.

On March 31, Latvia joined Germany and banned the symbols of military Russia. The use of the letters "Z," "V" or other symbols used to denote military aggression in public events is now prohibited.
