The Black Sea Port held the first auction in Ukraine for selling transshipment services through the Prozorro Sale system.
In the lot for mineral fertilizers, five companies took part and the price rose from 197 UAH to 220 UAH per ton during bidding.
The port will provide transshipment for 50,000 tons of cargo until September 30, 2026.
Port management said the auction is a first step toward a new model for state ports that is open, competitive, and clear for business.
The result is expected to set a market benchmark for similar logistics services and increase transparency in how state assets are used.
