Brovary Tragedy: Austria Helps Ukrainians

Austria treated Ukrainians injured after a helicopter crash in the Kyiv region

The helicopter crash in Brovary won't be forgotten anytime soon. Besides the fact that the first results of the investigation will be known only next week, the survivors will have to undergo long-term treatment too. It is worth noting that in such a tragedy, partners continue to support Ukraine.

Austria accepted 6 patients for treatment. They were placed in three hospitals in the country: Vienna, Graz, and Linz. It is noted that among the victims, 3 children were in kindergarten at the time of the helicopter crash. All patients have different degrees of injury. But the doctors say the wounds are complicated. So the provision of foreign medical assistance will help Ukrainians gently, and without new health threats, go through rehabilitation.

"I'm glad we can help where innocent children, mothers, and parents suffer so much," said Austrian federal chancellor Karl Negammer.
