On January 17, in Davos, the team of the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine presented the Impact Business acceleration project. The competition program is aimed at entrepreneurs whose business or startup is aimed at the development of the sectors of the Ukrainian economy that were most affected by the war.
"We strive to educate leaders of change and build an ecosystem that strives for a better future for Ukraine. By launching Impact Business, we want to support a new generation of entrepreneurs in Ukraine, promote the development of social entrepreneurship and help social innovators navigate challenges and make their impact louder and more visible," Nina Levchuk, co-founder of Impact Force.
Until February 17, every entrepreneur registered in Ukraine can apply for participation in Impact Business. The criteria for selecting 25 participating companies will be localization in key areas of the economy and a business plan that will contribute to the projected increase in Ukraine's GDP by $250 million+ within 5 years.
25 participating teams will undergo a training course with representatives of global business, and 2 winning teams will get a chance to attract €20.000 of investment for the development of their project or enterprise.
