On February 9, Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Belgium, where the European Council summit will take place.
On February 3, during the EU-Ukraine summit, Charles Michel invited Zelenskyy to participate in UECO, however, for security reasons, the decision of the Ukrainian president was not made public.
