According to the Ministry of digital transformation, all 27 European Union countries, as well as 10 more non-EU countries:
- Iceland;
- Liechtenstein;
- Norway;
- San Marino;
- Turkey;
- Switzerland;
- Vatican;
- North Macedonia;
- Malta;
- Georgia.
Certificates are valid both when crossing the border of a country and for being in that country.
Recall that the Ministry of digital transformation has launched electronic Covid-certificates, which contain information on vaccination, past illness, and antibody level of each individual certificate holder. The document can be generated in the nationwide Diia application, which almost every Ukrainian has. All documents received and generated in Diia comply with paper documents at the legislative level.
