It is an opportunity to submit the necessary documents via smartphone, pay the customs fee and complete customs clearance of your car in automatic mode. It will also be possible to pay the fee online.
The document defines the peculiarities of customs clearance of land investing-in-ukraine/business-opportunities/automotive/" rel="dofollow">vehicles, which are classified under item 8703 under UKT VED (passenger cars) imported into the customs territory of Ukraine.
The document provides for:
- customs clearance of vehicles in order to release them into free circulation by filing a preliminary customs declaration, a general declaration of arrival and/or a customs declaration orally;
- an exhaustive list of the documents required for customs clearance of the vehicle (registration (technical) document, proof of identity document, a document confirming the assignment of the registration number of the registration card of the taxpayer, as well as a document confirming the authority of the person to represent);
- submission of documents in electronic form by means of a single state web portal of electronic services, including the use of a mobile application of the portal Diia;
- charging customs payments in automatic mode, payable through the portal Diia or through banking institutions, electronic payment systems;
- payment of customs fees within 10 calendar days from the date of formation and sending to the person the message and details for their payment by the software tools of the Diia portal;
completion of the customs clearance of the vehicle in the automatic mode.
