Czech Republic Recognizes Holodomor as a Genocide

On December 14, the number of states that recognized the Holodomor of Ukrainians as a people's genocide increased to 23

Today, the Czech parliament made an important decision: to recognize the artificial Soviet Holodomor 1932-33 as a genocide of the Ukrainian people. Thus, the Czech Republic became the 23rd state to recognize the genocide as genocide. This is important because it is a tool for confirming the truth and restoring historical justice.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, commenting on the decision of the Czech parliament, said that Russia will inevitably be punished for past and present crimes.

What countries have recognized Russia's actions as genocide: Ukraine, Ireland, the USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Georgia, the Vatican, Moldova, the Republic of Ichkeria and Germany, Romania. The US Congress also joined this list.
