According to the state property fund, the starting price of the Uladovskiy distillery, which is located in the village of Vladivka, Vinnytsia region, was $850 thousand.
It is noted that the facility consists of 42 buildings and structures with a total area of 13.16 thousand square meters. The enterprise includes a production building, a fermentation department, granaries and distilleries, a bard pumping station, yeast production workshops, a livestock building, a company store, warehouses, hangars, etc. In total, the asset includes 577 units, fixed assets, and other non-current assets. The facility is equipped with basic technological equipment, as well as the necessary communications.
The company specializes in the production of chemicals, distillation, rectification, and mixing of alcoholic beverages. The plant is located on eight land plots in Vladivka village with a total area of 53.7 hectares.
The winner of the auction is Timecall LLC, which belongs to Serhii Afanasyev from Irshansk, Zhytomyr region.
The condition for the privatization of the asset was the preservation of its main activity for at least a year. In addition, the buyer is obliged to pay off the existing wage arrears to the employees of the enterprise and the budget within six months, and also to prevent their dismissal at least within the specified period.
As reported, the state budget for 2021 provides for the receipt of $44 million in revenues from privatization, of which $33 million is expected to be obtained through the sale of large entities.
